Josh is no stranger to building in the elements and understands the challenges and rewards of building in Alaska.  Josh stays current with the most advanced building techniques and codes in Alaska.  He has been in the construction industry for many years and has been a contractor in Alaska since 1995.  During the 2007 Fall Parade of Homes Josh was awarded the Golden Spike Award for excellence in building along with the best layout, best kitchen, best curb appeal, and best master suite and master bath.
